What we collect
- Account details: name, email, mobile number, sign-in method, and whether your email is confirmed.
- Journey details: pickup and destination, times, the car and chauffeur assigned, fare, payment method and status, ratings and notes you leave.
- Location: your device location only when you choose "My location" or, for chauffeurs, while online. We do not track you in the background.
- Chauffeur applications: driver's license, proof of address, vehicle papers, insurance and a photo, stored privately and seen only by our verification team.
- Technical data: device type, browser, and logs needed to run and secure the service.
What we do not collect
Card numbers never touch our servers. Payments are processed on the hosted pages of our payment provider, which handles card data under PCI DSS.
Why we process it
To arrange and perform journeys (contract), to pay chauffeurs and keep accounts (legal obligation), to keep the service safe and prevent fraud (legitimate interest), and to send receipts and service messages. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent.
Sharing
Your first name, pickup, destination and mobile number are shared with the chauffeur assigned to your journey. Payment data is processed by our payment provider. Emails are delivered through our email provider. Map tiles and routing come from map providers who receive the coordinates needed to draw the map. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Journey and payment records are kept for the period required by Aruban tax law. Chauffeur documents are deleted when an application is withdrawn or an account closes, subject to legal retention. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export and delete your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Visitors from the European Economic Area have the rights set out in the GDPR, including the right to complain to their supervisory authority.
Cookies and storage
We use one session cookie to keep you signed in and local storage for your theme choice and the offline app shell. We do not use advertising cookies.
